本文以辽宁广播电视台播控中心至北方联合广播电视网络股份有限公司丁香湖机房编码IP传输系统建设实践为背景,分析了电视中心和下游单位视音频信号传送建设需求,给出了基于计算机控制的多传输通道编码的快速自动倒换系统等一套完整的解决方案,并详细介绍了该方案的设计要点和核心特色。

Based on the construction practice of coding IP transmission system from Liaoning Radio and Television Station Television Center to North United Radio and Television Network Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyses the construction requirements of video and audio signal transmission between TV Center and its sisiter organizations.A complete solution such as the fast automatic switching system for transmission channel coding,and the design points and core features of the solution are introduced in detail.
