摘要
为了检验机载光电吊舱的环境适应能力,需要在光电吊舱研制过程中进行振动试验,作为光电吊舱振动试验的连接和传力部件,工装合理与否决定了振动载荷能否如实传递,也决定了试验结果是否真实、可靠。综合考虑材料、结构、连接、频率、加工工艺等因素,对机载光电吊舱的垂向振动工装进行了设计,并通过仿真及振动试验对其动特性进行了分析及试验验证。振动试验结果表明,本工装垂直振动方向上振动传递率为1.13,可较准确地传递振动台的振动,满足设计及使用要求。
In order to test the environmental adaptability of the airborne photoelectric pod,it is necessary to carry out vibration test during the development of the photoelectric pod.As the connection and force component of the vibration test of the photoelectric pod,whether the tooling is reasonable or not determines whether the vibration load can be truthfully transmitted,and also determines whether the test results are true and reliable.Considering the factors of material,structure,connection,frequency and processing technology,the vertical vibration tooling of airborne photoelectric pod is designed,and its dynamic characteristics are analyzed and verified by simulation and vibration test.Vibration test results show that the vibration transmission rate in the vertical direction of the tooling is 1.13,which can accurately transmit the vibration of the shaking table and meet the design and application requirements.
