遮光模拟短日照对海稻86生长发育及产量形成的影响

Effects on Growth and Development and Yield Formation of Oceanrice 86 under Simulated Short-day by Shading

本研究通过遮光处理模拟短日照环境,以自然光照为对照,研究了海稻86感光性,初步探究短日照对海稻86生长发育及产量形成的影响。结果表明:1)短日照处理能显著增加海稻86株高,短日照处理20d、25d、27d后,与对照相比株高分别增高12.2cm、13.0cm、18.5cm,但成熟期株高显著降低。2)短日照处理抽穗期叶龄均为11,对照抽穗期叶龄为15,短日照处理抽穗期叶龄比对照低4叶;3)短日照明显缩短播抽期,处理20d、25d、27d分别缩短至65d、62d、61d;短日照出穗促进率为50.0%,海稻86为强感光性品种类型。4)随着短日照处理时间延长,产量增加,短日照处理20d、25d、27d分别为16.8g/株、20.7g/株、21.1g/株,短日照处理到抽穗对产量形成有利。

In order to clear the photosensitivity of Oceanrice 86 and explore the effects of short-day on growth and development and yield formation,the method of simulated short-day by shading was used in the pot experiment with natural light as control.The results showed that:1)During the short-day treatment period,the plant height of the Oceanrice 86 was increased significantly,while being treated with short-day for 20 d,25 d,and 27 d,the plant height was respectively increased by 12.2 cm,13.0 cm,and 18.5 cm,but the plant height at maturity was reduced significantly.2)The leafage at heading stage reduced 4 under all short-day treatments which were 11 and the leafage of control was 15.3)While being treated by short-day,the days of sowing to heading of Oceanrice 86(DSH)was reduced to 65 d,62 d and 61 d respectively when under short-day treatment of 20 d,25 d and 27 d at the experimental conditions.The earing promotion rate of Oceanrice 86 under short-day was 50.0%,which indicate Oceanrice 86 was a highly photosensitive variety.4)With the prolonging of short-day time,the yield of per plant increased.The yield of per plant was respectively 16.8 g,20.7 g and 21.1 g while treated with short-day for 20 d,25 d and 27 d.It was beneficial to yield formation with short-day treatment to heading stage.
