麦冬根部一种真菌性病原鉴定及其生物学特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 为麦冬病害防治和规模化种植提供理论基础,对绵阳麦冬根部病害进行分离、鉴定,研究其生物学特性。结果表明:分离的真菌性病原鉴定为尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum),最佳生长温度为25~30℃,低温下不生长,高温下生长缓慢;在不同光照条件下生长趋势差异不大;在pH为4~12均能生长,pH为10时生长最好,适于偏碱性环境;在碳源为木糖、葡萄糖、果糖、甘露醇、淀粉、蔗糖中生长速率差异不大,蔗糖生长速率稍高,葡萄糖稍差;菌株在供试5种氮源硝酸钠、甘氨酸、L-胱氨酸、氯化铵、磷酸二氢铵中均能生长,在硝酸钠、甘氨酸、L-胱氨酸中生长速率较快,且差异不明显,在氯化铵、磷酸二氢铵中生长较为缓慢,差异不明显。 In order to identify the pathogens of the root disease of Ophiopogon japonicus and explore the biological characteristics of pathogens,it provides a theoretical basis for the control and large-scale planting of O.japonicus,and isolates and identifies the disease of O.japonicus roots and studies its biological characteristics.The results showed that the isolated fungal pathogen was identified as Fusarium oxysporum,and the optimal growth temperature was 25-30℃.It did not grow at low temperature and grew slowly under high temperature.The growth trend was not much different under different light conditions.It could grow at pH 4~12,and grow best at pH 10,suitable for growth in alkaline environment;Growth rate was not much different in carbon source for xylose,glucose,fructose,mannitol,starch,sucrose.The growth rate in sucrose was slightly higher,the glucose was slightly worse;the strain could grow in the five nitrogen sources of sodium nitrate,glycine,L-cystine,ammonium chloride and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate.The growth rate in sodium nitrate,glycine,L-cystine was faster,and the difference was not obvious.The growth in ammonium chloride and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was slow,and the difference was not obvious.
