工厂化生产海鲜菇菌包污染细菌的分离鉴定及防治

摘要 为给海鲜菇工厂化生产中细菌病害的综合防治提供参考,采用形态学特征、生理生化及16SrDNA分子序列分析相结合的方法对工厂化生产的海鲜菇菌包污染细菌进行分离鉴定,并在此基础上采用平板对峙法探讨二氧化氯、二氯异氰尿酸钠、新洁尔灭、克霉灵和多菌灵等抑菌剂对分离菌株的抑制作用及对海鲜菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:海鲜菇菌包污染细菌分别属于芽孢杆菌属、萎缩芽孢杆菌、微小杆菌属、嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌、粘质沙雷氏菌和粪产碱菌。低浓度(50mg/L)的二氧化氯、二氯异氰尿酸钠和新洁尔灭对病原细菌抑制作用较强,均与对照(不加抑菌剂)差异显著。浓度为50mg/L的5种抑菌剂对海鲜菇菌丝生长均无明显影响。 In order to provide references for the integrated prevention and control of the pathogenic bacteria during Hypsizygus marmoreus industrialized production,pathogenic bacteria in disease-affected fungus packs of H.marmoreus were isolated and identified by combining morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis.Based on this,the inhibitory effects of chlorine dioxide,sodium dichloroisocyanurate,bromogeramine,clotrimazole and carbendazim on isolated strains and the growth of H.marmoreus mycelium were studied by plate confrontation method.Results:The pathogenic bacteria of contaminated fungus packs of H.marmoreus were identified as Bacillus,Bacillus atrophaeus,Exiguobacterium,Bacillus stearothermophilus,Serratia marcescens and Alcaligenes faecalis.Low concentrations(50 mg/L)of chlorine dioxide,sodium dichloroisocyanurate and benzalkonium chloride had stronger inhibitory effects on pathogenic bacteria and showed significant differences with the control.And the five antibacterial agents at 50 mg/L concentration had no significant effects on the H.marmoreus mycelial growth.
