金边地鳖血淋巴的活性成分及其对SGC-7901胃癌细胞抑制作用 被引量:1

摘要 为药用昆虫金边地鳖的深入开发利用提供参考,采用荧光染色法与气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法相结合,探究金边地鳖血淋巴的活性成分及其对SGC-7901胃癌细胞活力的抑制作用。结果表明:金边地鳖血淋巴对SGC-7901胃癌细胞的增殖具有显著的抑制作用,且呈时间与浓度的依赖关系;金边地鳖血淋巴脂溶性成分主要为脂肪酸类物质,从中分离出21种化合物,占其总量的64.814%。 The active components in hemolymph of Opisthoplatia orientalis and their inhibition effect on SGC-7901 gastric cancer cells were studied by fluorescent staining and GC-MS to provide a reference for further development and utilization of medicinal insect O.orientalis.Result:The hemolymph of O.orientalis has the inhibition effect on proliferation of SGC-7901 gastric cancer cells significantly.The inhibition effect of O.orientalis hemolymph on proliferation of SGC-7901 gastric cancer cells has dependency relationships to treatment time and concentration of O.orientalis hemolymph.The liposoluble component of O.orientalis hemolymph is fatty acids mainly.21 compounds are isolated from fatty acids and account for 64.814%of total detected components.
