摘要
为西北半干旱区大棚黄瓜合理施用菌肥提供科学依据,以不施用菌肥为对照,研究600kg/hm^2、800kg/hm^2、1000kg/hm^2和1200kg/hm^24个菌肥施用量对大棚黄瓜生长及产质量的影响。结果表明:菌肥不同施用量处理黄瓜的株高、茎粗、单株干重、单株叶片数、叶绿素SPAD、Vc含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量和产量均显著高于对照,硝酸盐含量则显著低于对照,其中株高、茎粗、叶绿素SPAD、Vc、可溶性蛋白含量和产量均以施菌肥1000kg/hm^2最高,分别为126cm、9.0mm、52.3、9.7μg/g、1.62mg/g和93.7t/hm^2;单株干重、单株叶片数和可溶性糖含量以施菌肥1200kg/hm^2最高,分别为31.7g、17.3片和5.18%。西北半干旱区大棚黄瓜菌肥的适宜施用量为1000~1200kg/hm^2。
In order to provide a scientific basis for the rational application of bacterial fertilizer in greenhouses for cucumber production in the semi-arid areas of Northwest China,no-bacterial fertilizer application was taken as the control to study the growth,quality and yield of cucumber with application rates of 600 kg/hm^2,800 kg/hm^2,1 000 kg/hm^2 and 1 200 kg/hm^2 bacterial fertilizer.Results:Applying various amounts of bacterial fertilizer significantly enhanced cucumber parameters in comparison with the control,such as plant height,stem diameter,dry weight per plant,leaf number per plant,chlorophyll SPAD,Vc content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content and yield.However,the nitrate content was significantly lower than the control.The plant height,stem diameter,chlorophyll SPAD,Vc,soluble protein content and yield reached the highest at application rate of 1 000 kg/hm^2,which were 126 cm,9.0 mm,52.3,9.7μg/g,1.62 mg/g and 93.7 t/hm^2 respectively;The dry weight per plant,number of leaves per plant,and soluble sugar content were the highest at application rate of 1 200 kg/hm^2,which were respectively 31.7 g,17.3 and 5.18%.The optimun application amount of bacterial fertilizer for cucumber in the greenhouse was suggested to be 1 000-1 200 kg/hm^2 in the greenhouse in semi-arid area of Northwest China.
