摘要
为高海拔区苹果栽培技术提供参考,以贵州高海拔区2种不同果皮颜色(红色和黄色)苹果品种为试材,研究套袋对其果实品质和着色的影响。结果表明:套袋能促进果实着红色,增加果实单果重(天红2号显著增加13.84%,王林呈不显著增加),增加果面亮度,降低果面黄色,但果实可溶性固形物和Vc含量显著下降,果形指数和果实果皮中叶绿素含量下降;套袋使天红2号果实果皮花青素含量降低,王林则增加。套袋是提高王林果实外观品质的一项重要技术措施。
In this paper,the effects of bagging on the quality and coloration of two kinds of apples with different skin colors(red and yellow)were studied to provide references for apple cultivation in high altitude area.Results:Bagging could promote the red coloration of fruits,increase the fruit weight(Tianhong 2 increased 13.84%,Wangling no significant increase)and brightness of fruit surface,and reduce the yellow color of fruit surface.However,the content of soluble solids and Vc in fruits decreased significantly,and the fruit shape index and chlorophyll content in fruit skins decreased.Bagging reduced the anthocyanin content in the skins of Tianhong 2 fruit,but increased the anthocyanin content in the skins of Wanglin fruit,bagging is an important technical measure to improve the appearance quality of Wanglin fruit.
