摘要
目的:考察不同提取方式对太子参粗多糖的得率、总多糖含量的影响。方法:采用热水提取法、超声提取法和酶提取法分别提取太子参多糖,苯酚硫酸法测定总多糖含量。结果:热水提取法、超声提取法和酶提取法对太子参粗多糖得率分别为14.54%、11.12%和17.81%,太子参总多糖含量依次为10.18%、8.68%和10.69%。结论:综合考虑提取效率、多糖纯度和工艺成本,热水提取法较为适用于太子参多糖的生产。
Objective To investigate the effects of different extraction methods on the yield of crude polysaccharides and the content of total polysaccharides from Pseudostellaria heterophylla. Methods The polysaccharides from Pseudostellaria heterophylla were extracted by hot water extraction, ultrasonic extraction and enzymatic extraction. The total polysaccharide content was determined by phenol sulfuric acid method.Results The yields of crude polysaccharides from Pseudostellaria heterophylla were 14.54%, 11.12% and 17.81%, respectively. The content of total polysaccharides from Pseudostellaria heterophylla was 10.18%, 8.68% and 10.69%, respectively.Conclusion Considering the extraction efficiency, polysaccharide purity and process cost, the hot water extraction method is more suitable for the production of polysaccharides from Pseudostellaria heterophylla.
