基于分层整群抽样法开展流行病学调查的中医研究概况

General Situation of Stratified Cluster Sampling Method Used in TCM Related Investigation

分层整群抽样是临床常用的流行病学调查方法,近年来逐渐成为中医药研究的热点方法之一。文章从中医证候、中医体质、临床病证对近年来以分层整群抽样开展的与中医相关的流行病学调查进行综述。然而目前的流行病学调查从数量和质量还有待提高,尤其对数据的挖掘方面亟需引入新思路。通过文献回顾为今后中医学方面的流行病学调查提供参考。

Stratified cluster sampling is a common epidemiological investigation method in clinical practice. In recent years, it has gradually become one of the hotpots of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) research. This paper reviews the epidemiological survey of TCM conducted by stratified cluster sampling from TCM syndromes, TCM constitutions, TCM disease and syndromes in recent years. However, the current epidemiological survey needs to be improved in terms of quantity and quality, especially for the data mining. In a word, it will provide reference for future epidemiological investigation of TCM by literature review.
