孙西庆教授运用五脏辨证治疗中风病经验微谈

The experience of Professor SUN Xi-qing in treating apoplexy from the five internal organs

中风病病位虽在脑,但与五脏有着密切的关系,五脏气血通过经络均可上达于脑。孙西庆教授治疗中风病多从整体观出发,认为五脏皆可令人中风,尤其看重脾、肺二脏对于中风病的影响。并提出治疗中风病应根据患者不同临床表现辨证论治,不可把思维只局限于某一脏。五脏论治中风病不仅丰富了中风病的病因病机,也为中风病的预防、康复和治疗提供了新的思路。

Athough the location of apoplexy is in the brain,it has a close relationship with the five viscera.Professor Sun xiqing, of stroke treatment from the overall view,that the viscera can make stroke,especially the spleen,lung on the impact of stroke. It is suggested that the treatment of apoplexy should be based on the different clinical manifestation of patients and not be limited to be a certain dirty thinking.Treating apoplexy with five organs not only enriches the etiology and pathogenesis of apoplexy,but also provides new ideas for the prevention,rehabilitation and treatment of apoplexy.
