从《内经》“治痿独取阳明”论治阳痿病

Diagnosis and Treatment of Impotence from “Treatment for Flaccidity Aims at Yangming Meridian”

文章从《内经》相关论述出发,阐释阳痿病(筋痿)与阳明经的关系,从理论依据与临床疗效两个方面论证从“治痿独取阳明”论治阳痿病的意义,归纳“治痿独取阳明”的两大治疗方法:通补阳明、清阳明湿热。

Starting from the original texts such as Inner Canon of Huangdi, this paper not only demonstrates the relationship between impotence(tendon impotence) and Yangming Meridian, but also demonstrates the great significance of treating impotence from the two aspects of theoretical basis and clinical efficacy, and concludes the two major therapeutic methods: dredging and tonifying Yang Ming, clearing damp-heat of Yang Ming.
