从精气学说探讨六味地黄丸加减在小儿运动发育迟缓中的临床运用

From the Essence theory to Discuss the Clinical Application of Liuwei Dihuang Pill in Sports Retardation of Children

小儿运动发育迟缓属于中医学“五迟五软”的范畴,其发病与小儿的精气盈亏密切相关。宋代钱乙在肾气丸的基础上根据小孩的情况创造了滋阴补肾的传统名方六味地黄丸,用于治疗小儿肾怯失音、囟门不合、五迟五缓等证。从精气学说的角度探讨小儿运动发育迟缓,认为五迟五缓为肝、脾、肾精气亏虚所致,肾藏精、精生髓,肝藏血、主筋,脾主肌肉,三者精气亏虚皆会导致小儿发育迟缓,而六味地黄丸巧妙运用三补三泻,平补肝脾肾之精,而又以补肾为主。笔者整理相关古籍文献发现,后世医家对于五迟五缓的治疗,常以六味地黄丸为本,辨证加减,临床效果显著。从精气学说探讨六味地黄丸加减在小儿运动发育迟缓中的运用,阐述小儿运动发育迟缓的病因以及六味地黄丸的治疗机理,为临床该类疾病的辨证论治提供参考。

On the basis of the children’s condition, Qian Yi of the Song Dynasty created the traditional famous Liuwei Dihuang Pill, which is used to treat pediatric renal pelvis, qi dysfunction, and five delays. From the perspective of the theory of qi, the children’s exercise retardation is considered. It is believed that the five-year-five-slowness is caused by liver, spleen and kidney deficiency, kidney essence, essence, liver blood, main rib, spleen muscle, three Insufficient qi deficiency can lead to pediatric developmental delay, while Liuwei Dihuang Pills skillfully uses three remedies and three diarrhea to replenish the essence of liver, spleen and kidney, and to tonify the kidney. Therefore, the treatment of Wuchiwuhuan is mostly based on Liuwei Dihuang Pills, and the clinical evidence is added and subtracted and dialectical treatment. The author explores the clinical application of Liuwei Dihuang Pills in children with motor development retardation from the theory of Qi, and hopes to provide reference for the clinical treatment of pediatric exercise retardation.
