天龙汤治疗偏头痛61例临床观察

Clinical observation of Tianlong decoction in the treatment of migraine

目的:观察天龙汤治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:选取128例符合纳入标准的偏头痛患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各64例。对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊,治疗组给予天龙汤口服治疗。观察两组头痛发作次数、程度、持续时间以及伴随症状积分,临床总有效率及不良反应。结果:治疗后对照组的总有效率为65%,治疗组的总有效率为95%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组头痛发作程度、持续时间、发作次数、伴随症状较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为3.2%,较对照组6.7%的不良反应发生率低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:天龙汤能明显减少偏头痛的发作次数、减轻头痛程度、减少头痛持续时间、缓解伴随症状,疗效确切,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observed and discuss the clinical curative effect, safety of Tianlong Decoction in the treatment of patients.Methods the clinical efficacy and safety of Tianlong decoction in the treatment of migraine patients were observed by a randomized, double-blind, controlled. From 128 patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups: Tianlong decoction group(treatment group) and Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules group(control group). According to the randomized table method, the subjects were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(n = 64) and the control group(n = 64). The treatment group was treated with Tianlong decoction and in the control group, Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules were givennd;Results After treatment, the overall efficacy of migraine was 65% in the control group and 95% in the treatment group, and there was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05);After treatment, there were significant differences in the degree of headache attack, headache duration, frequency of headache and concomitant symptoms between the two groups(P<0.05), and there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05), and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05). The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reaction of Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules was 6.7% in the control group, 3.2% in the treatment group. After continuous correction of chi-square test, the adverse reactions between the two groups was compared. There was no significant difference(P>0.05);Conclusion Tianlong decoction can obviously reduce the frequency of migraine attack, reduce the degree of headache, reduce the duration of headache, alleviate the accompanying symptoms;Tianlong decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of migraine, the application is worth popularizing in clinic.
