华盖散辨证加减配合西药治疗小儿支气管肺炎45例临床观察

40 Cases Clinical Observation of Syndrome Differentiation of Modified Huagai Powder for Children with Bronchopneumonia

目的:观察华盖散辨证加减治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床疗效。方法:选取90例小儿支气管肺炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用华盖散辨证加减治疗。比较两组患儿的临床症状、体征消失时间、住院天数和血液中白细胞计数、C反应蛋白水平来评价临床治疗效果。结果:观察组在临床有效率,发热、咳嗽、咯痰、喘息、肺部啰音等症状体征消失时间及住院天数、血液中白细胞计数、C反应蛋白水平下降量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:华盖散辨证加减配合西药治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床疗效显著,能有效缓解患儿症状,缩短病情,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation of modified Huagai Powder for children with bronchopneumonia.Methods Divided 90 cases of children with bronchopneumonia into the control group and the treatment group randomly,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western treatment,while the treatment group was given syndrome differentiation of modified Huagai Powder for treatment.The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups of children with the time of remission and hospital stay were and the countings of white blood cells and C-reactive protein compared to evaluate the clinical treatment.Results The treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical efficacy,fever,cough,expectoration,wheezing,pulmonary rales and other symptoms disappearing time and hospital days,the countings of white blood cells,C-reactive protein,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of syndrome differentiation of modified Huagai Powder has significant effect in treating children with bronchopneumonia,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of children. It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
