基于CFD-EDEM耦合的轴承清洗装置设计与颗粒去除效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对6024深沟球轴承自动化装配生产过程中,在进行注脂前轴承表面及内部会存留灰尘颗粒,设计了一款4喷嘴对称式清洗装置,该装置由4个喷嘴组成,中间安装有十字通道连接4个喷嘴,入口位于十字通道中间,基于此结构采用流体力学的基本方程和JKR接触模型,建立了清洗射流的数学模型。分析了不同喷嘴间距和喷嘴个数对轴承颗粒去除的影响,并研究了不同颗粒直径下清洗装置去除颗粒的效果。结果表明:喷嘴间距为17mm其内外圈受力最均匀,该清洗装置能够有效的清除直径1mm及以下颗粒,对于直径2mm的颗粒在轴承的下表面仍存留一定量的颗粒。 In the process of automatic assembly and production of 6204 deep groove ball bearings,a four-nozzle symmetrical cleaning device is designed to keep dust particles on the surface and inside of the bearing before grease injection.The device consists of four nozzles with a cross installed in the middle.The channel is connected to four nozzles,and the inlet is located in the middle of the cross channel.Based on this structure,the basic equation of fluid mechanics and the JKR contact model are used to establish a mathematical model of the cleaning jet.The effect of different nozzle spacing and nozzle number on bearing particle removal was analyzed for deep groove ball bearing 6204,and the effect of cleaning device on particle removal under different particle diameters was studied.The results show that the nozzle spacing is 17mm and the inner and outer rings are most evenly loaded.The cleaning device can effectively remove particles with a diameter of 1mm and below,and a certain amount of particles remain on the lower surface of the bearing for particles with a diameter of 2mm.
