新时代高校图书馆立德树人功能及其实现路径

On Approaches for University Libraries in the New Era to Foster Virtue through Education

面对00后新生群体,高校图书馆立德树人功能面临着诸多挑战。如何满足新生发展需要、引导学生全面健康发展成为图书馆亟待解决的问题。文章从完善图书采购与导读工作、营造优雅的馆内环境、加强对爱国经典的推送、开展形式多样的读书活动、加强馆员队伍建设等方面,探讨新时代高校图书馆实现立德树人功能的路径。

For the new generation born after 2000,university library is facing many challenges in terms of the function of“cultivating people by virtue”.How to meet the needs of freshmen and guide students to develop in an all-round and healthy way has become an urgent problem for libraries.In this paper,the feasible ways are discussed from such perspectives as perfecting book purchasing and guide work,creating elegant library environment,enhancing the promotion of patriotic classics,carrying out various reading practice activities,and strengthening the construction of librarians for university libraries in the new era to realize the function of“fostering virtue through education”.
