摘要
根据不同学龄和身份高校读者的到馆频次,可以把读者分为经常到馆读者、不经常到馆读者和基本不到馆读者。高校图书馆应加强对不同类型读者的需求进行分析,升级高校图书馆基础服务体系,构建新型服务体系。在此过程中,高校图书馆的服务创新尤为重要和紧迫。
According to the frequency of college students who have different study age and status,the readers can be divided into three groups of readers who often,seldom and rarely go to the library.Academic library needs to analyze the different types of readers demand for the library,so as to upgrade the basic service system and construct a new service system.In this process,service innovation of academic library is particularly important and urgent.
