芪蛭降糖胶囊新工艺样品对病证结合动物模型的作用

The Effect of QiZhiJiangTang Capsule by New Process on Animal Model Combined with Disease and Syndrome

目的通过芪蛭降糖胶囊新工艺样品对糖尿病气阴两虚病证大鼠模型的影响,探讨对中医糖尿病症候的改善作用。方法高糖高脂饲料喂养配合小剂量STZ造成大鼠Ⅱ型糖尿病,并在此基础上给予过量青皮、枳壳、附子建立动物气阴两虚的病证结合动物模型;测定血清中与气阴两虚证兼痰浊(血瘀)相关指标:血糖、insulin、cAMP、6-Keto-PGF1α及TXB2的含量,以反映试药对气阴两虚兼痰浊(血瘀)证的缓解作用。结果芪蛭降糖胶囊新工艺样品能够降低气阴两虚糖尿病动物的血糖,阳性对照消渴灵组对血糖有降低趋势;新工艺样品能提高血清中insulin的含量;消渴灵、原工艺样品和新工艺样品均可明显提升6-Keto-PGF1α的含量,但对TXB2无影响;消渴灵、原工艺样品能降低血清cAMP含量,新工艺组有降低的趋势。结论阳性对照消渴灵、原工艺样品和新工艺样品均可改善动物中医症候表现。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of the QiZhiJiangTang capsule prepared by new process on diabetes rats with QiYin deficiency. METHODS Mice were given feed with high sugar and fat diet,small dose STZ to cause typeⅡ diabetes.On the base of it,animal model with QiYin deficiency symptoms has been established,and related index(such as blood sugar,insulin,cAMP,6-KP and TXB 2 in serum)was determined. RESULTS In diabetes animals with QiYin deficiency,QiZhiJiangTang capsule prepared by new process decreased blood sugar level,as positive control XiaoKeLing had a decline tendency of it.QizhiJiangTang capsule prepared by new process increased the content of insulin in serum.XiaoKeLing,QizhiJiangTang capsule prepared by original and newprocess increased the content of 6KP significantly,but had no effects on TXB 2.XiaoKeLing and capsule by original process decreased the content of cAMP in serum,while capsule by new process hada decrease tendency. CONCLUSION QizhiJiangTang capsule prepared by new and original process,positive control XiaoKeLing all can improve Chinese medicine symptoms in the animal model.
