顶空进样-气相色谱法测定双乌止痛酊中甲醇和乙醇含量

Determination of Methanol and Ethanol in ShuangWuZhiTong Tincture by Headspace Sampling GC

目的建立以顶空进样-气相色谱法测定双乌止痛酊中甲醇和乙醇含量的方法。方法色谱柱为HP-5毛细管柱(30m×320μm×0.25μm);柱温:采用程序升温,检测器为FID(温度为220℃);载气为氮气;分流比为100∶1。结果甲醇的线性范围为0.01%~0.16%(R^2=0.9999);回收率为99.6834%(RSD=2.64%)。乙醇的线性范围为0.025%~0.4%(R^2=0.9999);回收率为102.3132%(RSD=0.56%)。结论本方法简便、准确,适用于双乌止痛酊中甲醇和乙醇含量的测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish a Headspace Sampling GC method for the determination of methanol and ethanol in ShuangWuZhiTong Tincture. METHODS An HP-5 capillary column (30 m×320μm×0.25μm) was used for the determination with temperature programming,the temperature of FID detector was 220℃ with nitrogen as carrier gas,and the split ratio was 100∶ 1. RESULTS The linear range of the method in methanol was 0.01%~0.16%(R 2=0.9999).The recovery rate was 99.6834%(RSD=2.64%).The linear range of the method in ethanol was 0.025%~0.4%(R 2=0.9999).The recovery rate was 102.3132%(RSD=0.56%). CONCLUSION The established method is simple and accurate.The quality of ShuangWuZhiTong Tincture can be controlled by the method.
