某院终止妊娠药品登记差错情况统计分析与对策

Statistical Analysis and Countermeasures of Drug Registration Errors in Terminating Pregnancy in a Hospital

目的 通过对我院终止妊娠药品登记差错情况统计与分析,讨论相应对策,通过加强我院终止妊娠药品管理水平,提高药师与患者满意度,不断提升医院管理与提高医疗服务质量。方法 对门诊西药房终止妊娠药品使用登记册中2017年11月~2018年2月的登记差错情况进行统计与分析并列表。结果 通过统计分析终止妊娠药品登记差错,能发现手工登记的诸多弊端,应从各方面加以改进,进而提高药品管理质量和效率,加强了药品流通监管。结论 手工登记出错率高,并且难以避免,应设计研发智能化管理系统方实现登记零差错,可促进我院终止妊娠药品管理由粗放式向信息化的精细化管理模式的转变。

OBJECTIVE Through statistics and analysis of the drug registration errors of termination of pregnancy in our hospital,the corresponding countermeasures are discussed.By strengthening the management level of termination of pregnancy in our hospital,the pharmacists and patients′ satisfaction are improved,and the hospital management and medical service quality are continuously improved. METHODS The registration errors from November 2017 to February 2018 in the Drug Use Registry of Outpatient Western Pharmacy for Termination of Pregnancy were statistically analyzed and listed. RESULTS Through statistical analysis to terminate the registration error of pregnant drugs,many shortcomings of manual registration can be found,which should be improved from various aspects,thus improving the quality and efficiency of drug management and strengthening the supervision on drug distribution. CONCLUSIONS To provide a support for medicine activities by establishing a intelligentized management system of termination of pregnancy drugs.
