摘要 为提升新一代运载火箭燃料贮箱多余物防控水平,拟采用高压射流的方式对贮箱内壁进行自动清洗。针对射流清洗时贮箱结构的安全可靠性问题,本文采用理论模拟仿真和试验测量相结合的方法,研究了射流冲击作用下贮箱壁面的载荷、应力和位移分布,分析了不同射流冲击载荷对运载火箭贮箱结构的影响,避免因射流冲击过大导致贮箱壁面损伤,为开展贮箱多余物高压射流自动清理奠定了基础。 High pressure water jet is proposed in the automatic cleaning of the inner wall of fuel tanks to promote the control of reminder particles of fuel tanks in the new generation launch vehicle.To ensure the safety of the tank structure,theoretic simulation and tests are both used to study the distribution of loads,stress and displacement in the fuel tank walls under the impact of high pressure water jet.The influences of high pressure water jet with different pressures and spray gun distance are gained,which verifies the feasibility of high pressure water jet cleaning.
