摘要
综述了目前工业化生产己二酸多种工艺路线的利弊,针对近些年来国内外采用不同催化体系绿色合成己二酸的最新研究进展,分析了以硝酸为氧化剂生产己二酸工艺路线中存在的投资大、设备腐蚀严重、环境污染大等问题,指出了以过氧化氢、臭氧、空气作为氧化剂,采用不同催化体系进行己二酸工业化生产工艺路线的应用前景,为己二酸工业化生产提供了借鉴。
The advantages and disadvantages of various industrial processes for adipic acid production are reviewed.Recent research progress in green synthesis of adipic acid using different catalytic systems at home and abroad,the problems existing in the production of adipic acid with nitric acid as oxidant are analyzed,such as large investment,serious equipment corrosion and environmental pollution.The application prospects of industrial production process of adipic acid with hydrogen peroxide,ozone and air as oxidants and different catalytic systems are pointed out.It provides a reference for industrial production of adipic acid.
