摘要 对医疗废物焚烧处理过程废气中低温SCR脱硝技术进行了研究,脱硝温度约280℃,经过SCR脱硝后氮氧化物能够达到超低排放的要求,但氨逃逸率较大,催化床堵塞严重。提出了下一步措施以完善SCR脱硝技术在医疗废物焚烧烟气治理领域的应用,为医疗废物、生活垃圾焚烧处置行业实现氮氧化物超低排放提供借鉴。 The low temperature SCR denitrification technology of waste gas in incineration treatment of medical waste is studied.Denitration temperature is around 280℃.Nitrogen oxides emission after SCR denitrification can meet the requirements of ultra-low emission.However,ammonia escape rate is higher and the blockage of catalytic bed is serious.The next step is proposed to improve the application of SCR denitration technology in the field of medical waste incineration flue gas treatment.The research in this paper provides a reference for the realization of ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxides in the medical waste and domestic waste incineration and disposal industries.
