摘要
以硝酸铋、偏钒酸铵为主要原料,蔗糖为辅助剂,采用水热法合成单斜相BiVO4。主要研究了蔗糖及其用量对合成产物性能的影响。借助XRD、SEM、紫外-可见分光光度计对合成产物的物相组成、微观形貌及光催化性能进行表征。结果表明:在水热合成过程中,蔗糖的添加对BiVO4的合成有抑制作用。在后期热处理中,蔗糖的加入可以提高产物的结晶质量。光催化降解亚甲蓝结果表明,当蔗糖添加量为60mol%时,合成产物的光催化性能达到最佳,在高压汞灯照射180min时,亚甲蓝的降解率达95.5%,比同条件下纯BiVO4对亚甲蓝的降解率提高近40%。
Monoclinic BiVO 4 was prepared by hydrothermal method with Bi(NO 3) 3·5H 2O, NH 4VO 3 as main raw materials and sucrose as auxiliary agent. The effects of sucrose and its adding content on the properties of synthesized products were studied. The phase composition, micro-morphology and photocatalytic activity of the synthesized products were characterized by XRD, SEM and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. The results show that the addition of sucrose inhibits the formation of BiVO 4 during hydrothermal synthesis and improves the crystallization quality of BiVO 4 during later heat treatment. The results of photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue show that photocatalytic activity of the synthesized product reaches the best when adding content of sucrose is 60mol%. The degradation rate of methylene blue is 95.5% irradiated under high pressure mercury lamp for 180 min, which is nearly 40% higher than that of pure BiVO 4 under the same conditions.
