摘要
为控制在装药工艺中大当量熔铸炸药装药的质量,提出一种铸炸药装药质量控制方法。分析了装药缺陷产生的原因,根据产品的结构特点,设计了装药工艺,通过工艺过程控制措施消除装药疵病,利用ANSYS软件对注装法进行了仿真计算,得出一套最佳工艺参数,并通过典型产品应用进行验证。应用结果表明:该方法消除了缺陷,产品总质量符合指标要求,装药质量得到显著提高。
In order to control the charge quality of large equivalent DNAN-base melt cast explosive in charge technology,this paper puts forward a charge quality control method for cast explosive.Analyzing reasons for charge defects,this paper designs charge technology based on the structural characteristics of product,and eliminates charge problems and defects with measures for controlling technological process.ANSYS software is used to conduct simulation computation on cast loading method,getting a set of best technological parameter which is verified though the application of typical products.The application results demonstrate that this method has eliminated defects such as charge shrinkage void and crack,the total weight of product conforms to index requirement,and that the charge quality has been improved obviously.
