某浇注PBX炸药的起爆特性分析

Analysis of Initiation Characteristics of Certain Type Cast PBX Explosive

为满足武器弹药对目标毁伤能力和安全性的需求,以某浇注PBX炸药为对象,对其起爆特性进行分析。介绍浇注PBX炸药的性能特点,依据传爆药柱的选择原则,分别对临界直径和稳定爆轰进行测试,并对传爆药的匹配性进行实验验证。实验结果表明:当传爆药量和药柱直径达到一定值时,该炸药能够可靠起爆和达到稳定爆轰。

In order to meet the requirements of weapons and ammunition for the target damage ability and safety,the detonation characteristics of certain type cast PBX explosive were analyzed.The performance characteristics of pouring PBX explosives are introduced.According to the selection principle of the booster charge column,the critical diameter and stable detonation are tested respectively,and the matching of the booster explosive is experimentally verified.The experimental results show that when the amount of boosting explosive and the diameter of the column reach a certain value,the explosive can realize reliable explosion and reach stable detonation.
