摘要
为解决火炸药药柱外观检测中药柱质量、检测标准不易量化、统一的问题,提出一种机器视觉检测方法对火炸药药柱外观检测进行优化设计。根据人工视觉模式检测原理,利用图像识别技术建立系统模型,采用图像检测的方式对长度进行检测,利用高速相机扫描的方式对外观缺陷进行检测,并通过搭建药柱图像检测模型进行实物验证。实验结果表明:该方法对火炸药药柱外观检测是可行与有效的,有较高的实用价值。
It’s difficult to quantifying and unifying the grain quality and test standard in explosives grain appearance detection,put forward a machine vision detection method for optimal design of explosive grain appearance detection.According to the principle of artificial vision pattern detection,the system model is established by image recognition technology,the length is detected by image detection,the appearance defect is detected by high-speed camera scanning,and the physical verification is carried out by building a drug grain image detection model.The experimental results show that this method is feasible and effective in detecting the appearance of explosive grain and has high practical value.
