摘要
为解决静电感度实验时激活热电池现象,借鉴电火工品防静电思路,通过对其故障分析、实验验证、故障复现,确定静电激活电池的原因,提出一种预防静电感度的设计思路。结果表明,该设计能有效解决电池静电感度时存在激活的问题。
In order to solve the problem of activating the battery phenomenon during the process of a battery electrostatic sensitivity test,a design idea of preventing electrostatic sensitivity is put forward by referring to the idea of electrostatic protection of electric explosive devices,and determining the cause of electrostatic activation of the battery through fault analysis,test verification,and fault repetition.The results show that the design can effectively solve the activation problem in the electrostatic sensitivity of the batteries.
