长三甲系列运载火箭分布式全数字半实物仿真试验系统设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 为解决长三甲系列运载火箭传统半实物仿真系统内模拟信号及数字信号混杂传输时易受干扰、难于监控、地面设备无法远控的问题,设计了一种通用的分布式全数字半实物仿真试验系统架构。该系统以反射内存实时网和以太网组建星形逻辑链路网络布局,以仿真计算机为试验系统核心节点实现对控制信号、测试数据、试验数据的全数字实时传输,同时实现对伺服机构、摆角采集装置等关键仿真设备的远程控制及状态监控,实现了箭上控制信号的远距离传输及设备实时远控,支撑仿真试验的顺利开展。该系统已在长三甲系列某状态半实物仿真试验中使用并取得很好的效果,能够为其他运载型号的仿真系统设计起到借鉴作用。 In order to solve the problems that analog signals and digital signals are easily disturbed,difficult to monitor and control,and the equipment can not be controlled remotely when they are mixed in the traditional hardware-in-the-loop simulation system of LM-3A series launch vehicle.A general distributed all-digital hardware-in-the-loop simulation system architecture is designed,which realizes the long-distance transmission of the control signals on the launch vehicle and the real-time remote control of the equipment.The system uses reflective memory real-time network and Ethernet to construct star-shaped logical link network.The simulation computer is used as the core node of the test system to realize all-digital real-time transmission of control signals,test data and experimental data.At the same time,it realizes remote control and state monitoring of key simulation equipment such as servo mechanism and swing angle acquisition device,which supports the development of simulation experiments.The system has been used in the hardware-in-the-loop simulation test of a LM-3A series model and achieved good results.This technology can be used as a reference for design of simulation system of other delivery models.
