摘要
为确保重庆市铜梁城区有轨电车一期工程实施后城区交通的畅通安全,基于铜梁城区有轨电车一期工程沿线道路条件、周边用地、公交站、道路运行状态和交叉口运行状态的现状及规划条件分析,结合实地调查,运用“四阶段”法和生成率模型进行了交通需求预测,并对其道路交通、主要节点、出入口、人行过街、公交、非机动车等方面进行交通影响评价,结果显示:2021年有轨电车全日客运量约为23783人次,铜梁城区有轨电车一期工程沿线的道路饱和度都小于0.9,服务水平较好,同时,出入口的流量主要集中于大型居住小区,铜梁万达广场和蒲吕工业园区等处。
To ensure the smooth and safe traffic of the urban traffic after the implementation of the first phase project of the tram in Tongliang District of Chongqing City, this paper analyzes the road conditions along the first phase project of the tram in Tongliang District, its surrounding land, bus stops, road operating state,intersection state and planning conditions. Combined with the field investigation, the "four-stage" method and the generation rate model are used to forecast the traffic demand, and to carry out the traffic impactassessment on its road traffic, main nodes, entrances and exits, pedestrian crossings, public transportation,non-motor vehicles, etc. The result shows that the trams will carry about 23 783 passengers a day in 2021.The road saturations along the first phase project of the tram in Tongliang District are all less than 0.9 and the service level is good. At the same time, the traffic flow at the entrance and exit is mainly concentrated in the large-scale residential quarters, Tongliang Wanda Plaza and Pulu Industrial Park.
