摘要
分析了一种新型磁选机磁系,针对新型磁选机的磁系排布特点,与传统的磁系的装配方法进行了比较,给出了切实可行的装配方法,针对堵漏磁极设计了方便实用的工装,且对其进行了结构和运动学上的分析.在保证磁系的技术性能的基础上,使装配更加简单,减轻了劳动强度,降低了装配磁系过程可能发生的生产事故,进而可提高生产效率.
Analyses the magnetic system of a new magnetic separator,in view of the magnetic system arrangement character of the magnetic needle of the new magnetic separator,it was compared with the traditional assembly method,the practical assembly method was given.A convenient and practical tools for plugging pole was designed,the structure and kinematics analysis was conducted.On the basis of guarantee the technical performance of the magnetic system,make the assembly easier,reduce labor intensity and reduce the assembly of magnetic system of production accidents,so as to improve the production efficiency.
