柳塔矿综采工作面过空巷技术研究与应用 被引量:7

摘要 为安全高效回收煤炭资源,对柳塔矿12113-2综采面采用过空巷工艺,启封空巷后,采取了顶板锚索、巷帮锚杆、木点柱、垛木和网片等补强支护方式,顶底煤探测、顶板预注高分子材料等措施,有效维护了顶板的安全,确保了过空巷期间的安全生产,并提出过空巷时的安全保障技术;做好过空巷前的准备工作,合理确定过空巷期间的割煤工艺,创造了巨大的经济效益,为类似条件工作面安全、快速通过空巷提供了技术支持和经验参考. In order to realize the goal of safe and efficient recovery of coal resources,goaf passing technology is adopted in 12113-2 fully mechanized working face of Liuta Mine,after opening the empty roadway,the reinforcement supporting method is used by using roof cable,roadway bolt,wood point,pile and mesh,besides that the detection method of top and bottom coal and roof preinjection polymer materials are applied,the safety of roadway roof is guaranteed and safety production during passing empty roadway is ensured.Based on the above discussion results,the safety guarantee technology when passing the empty roadway is proposed.Huge economic benefit is created by making good preparations before passing the empty roadway and reasonably determining the coal cutting technology during the period of passing the empty roadway,which can provide technical support and experience reference for the safe and fast passage through the empty roadway of the working face with similar conditions.
