公安派出所民警的工作压力与职业倦怠的相关分析

The Correlation Analysis of Working Pressure and Job Burnout in Police Stations

通过对某省派出所民警进行调研,研究派出所民警工作压力、职业倦怠情况以及压力与职业倦怠各维度的关系。结果显示,某省派出所民警的工作压力较大;已经出现了职业倦怠,并且在情绪衰竭维度表现较为明显;工作压力与职业倦怠以及职业倦怠的三个维度均有显著相关性,但是在工作压力的六个维度方面,工作特点、职业风险与职业倦怠以及三个维度并不相关,组织管理、社会环境、家庭工作矛盾、身体健康四个维度与职业倦怠以及三个维度有显著性相关。这说明派出所民警并不会因为工作任务重,负荷大,工作较危险而出现倦怠现象,但是管理体制、领导的风格、考核制度、群众是否支持和理解、工作与家庭之间是否有矛盾、身体是否健康等会直接影响到职业倦怠。基于此,应该从社会层面、组织层面、个人层面进行缓解工作压力和职业倦怠。

Through the investigation of the police in a provincial police station,this paper studies the working pressure,job burnout and the relationship between them.The results show that the working pressure of the policemen in a provincial police station is great.Job burnout has appeared,and it is obvious in the dimension of emotional exhaustion.Working pressure has significant correlation with job burnout and its three dimensions.However,the six dimensions of working pressure,job characteristics,professional risk are not related with job burnout and its three dimensions.Organization management,social environment,family conflict and the four dimensions of health have significant correlation with job burnout and its three dimensions.This shows that the policemen in police stations do not suffer from burnout due to lots of work tasks,heavy load and dangerous work.Nevertheless,the management system,leadership style,assessment system,whether the masses support and understand,whether there is contradiction between work and family,and whether they are healthy or not will directly affect job burnout.Based on this,working pressure and job burnout should be alleviated from social level,organizational and individual levels.
