摘要
以血橙皮干粉为原料,在以乙醇溶液为溶剂的情况下,采用减压内部沸腾法提取血橙皮中黄酮,并利用单因素实验和响应面模型优化提取工艺条件。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度为60%,液料比40∶1mL/g,提取温度70℃,时间30min。此条件下4次平行实验的平均黄酮得率为0.6234%(RSD=0.76%),与理论预测值0.6079%的相对误差为+2.55%。
Flavonoids was extracted from dried blood orange peel powder by decompressing inner ebullition(DIE)using ethanol as solvent.By single-factors experiments and response surface methodology,the extraction technological conditions were optimized.The optimal extraction conditions were:ethanol concentration 60%,liquid-solid ratio 40∶1 mL/g,temperature 70℃and extraction time 30 min.Under the optimal conditions,four parallel experiments were carried out,and the average yield of flavonoids was 0.6234%(RSD=0.76%).The relative error of the theoretical prediction of 0.6079%was+2.55%.
