高效液相色谱法测定辣椒及其提取物中的苯甲酸 被引量:1

摘要 提出了高效液相色谱法测定辣椒及其提取物中苯甲酸的方法。辣椒样品经水浴回流萃取,辣椒提取物样品经超声萃取,采用高效液相色谱分离后,用紫外检测器进行测定。结果表明:苯甲酸钠的质量浓度在0.019~23.62mg·L^-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,相关系数≥0.9999。方法检出限(3S/N)为0.02mg·L^-1。在3个标准加入水平下进行了回收率试验,所得回收率在96.62%~103.27%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于4.0%。 A method for determination of benzoic acid in capsicum and its extracts was proposed.The Pepper samples were extracted by refluxing in a water bath,and the capsicum extracts were extracted by ultrasonic.The HPLC with ultraviolet detector were used for detecting the content of Benzoic acid.The results showed that linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of benzoic acid was in the range of 0.019-23.62 mg·L^-1,with the correlation coefficient(r)≥0.9999 and detection limits(3S/N)of 0.02 mg·L^-1.Recoveries Tests were performed by adding standard solution at 3 different concentration levels,recovery rates were in the range of 96.62%~103.27%with RSD(n=6)less than 4.0%.
