摘要
柏木烯和柏木醇被广泛应用于化妆品和医药领域,其定量普遍采用的是面积归一化法。为了更准确地对柏木烯和柏木醇进行定量分析,本实验建立了杉木油中α-柏木烯、β-柏木烯和柏木醇的气相色谱内标检测法。以茴香烯为内标物,采用HP-FFAP玻璃毛细管柱对目标成分进行分离,在建立的检测条件下进行了方法学验证,结果表明:α-柏木烯、β-柏木烯和柏木醇分别在0.035~2.263、0.052~3.342和0.040~2.560mg/mL浓度范围内表现出良好的线性关系,该方法精密度好、回收率高,是一种准确可信的检测方法。
Cedrene and cedrol from cedar oil are extensively used in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals,and are usually quantified by external standard and area normalization method.In order to quantify cedrene and cedrol more accurately,an internal standard method for the determination ofα-cedrene,β-cedrene and cedrol by gas chromatography was established.With trans-anethole as internal standard,the separations were accomplished on a glass capillary column(HP-FFAP,30 m×0.25 mm).The methodology verification was performed under the detecting conditions established in this work.The results showed that the linearity was good with the concentration ofα-cedrene,β-cedrene and cedrol ranged in 0.035~2.263,0.052~3.342 and 0.040~2.560mg/mL,respectively.The determination method was accurate and credible with good precision and high recovery rate.
