熵权法在医疗设备预防性维护计划中的应用研究

Application research of entropy weight method in preventive maintenance plan of medical equipment

目的:探讨将熵权法应用于医疗设备预防性维护计划制订中的可行性。方法:在医疗设备风险等级的基础上选择评价指标,对评价矩阵进行无量纲化处理,得到各指标的信息熵,并计算各指标的权重及评分,对设备安全等级进行再次划分,从而制订预防性维护计划。结果:以呼吸机为例,验证了应用熵权法可以科学、合理地制订医疗设备预防性维护周期计划。结论:将熵权法应用于医疗设备预防维护性计划的制订,不仅可以减少人力、物力的投入,还有利于医学工程科更加有效地完成医疗设备维护保障任务。

Objective To explore the feasibility of applying entropy weight method to preventive maintenance planning of the medical equipment. Methods Considerations were taken on medical equipment risk rating, and the evaluation indexes were selected;dimensionless treatment was executed for the evaluation matrix to obtain the information entropy of the indexes;the equipment risk was rated again and preventive maintenance plan was prepared. Results The respirator was taken as an example to verify the feasibility of applying entropy weight method to preventive maintenance planning of the medical equipment. Conclusion The application of entropy weight method to preventive maintenance planning of the medical equipnent can not only decrease the consumption of manpower and materials, but also make the medical engineering department more effectively realize the maintenance and guarantee of medical equipment.
