基于降低操作者职业暴露风险的清洗设备改进研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对消毒供应中心现有清洗设备进行技术改进,以降低操作者职业暴露风险。方法:基于消毒供应中心现有清洗池,设计改进为可视化封闭式清洗槽,包括清洗罩、控制箱、翻盖装置、发热盘、温度传感器、控制面板、报警器、计时器、滑轮组、排风系统以及控制器等。槽体材质为厚度1.2或1.5mm的316L不锈钢,清洗罩采用1.2mm多工艺防水防腐蚀处理、双面光洁的钢模塑钢板设计制作。结果:清洗设备的改进有效解决了污染液喷溅和微生物气溶胶对环境的污染,降低了操作者职业暴露风险,并能防止清洗消毒液的挥发以及确保清洗消毒液的有效浓度、作用时间和作用温度达到最佳。结论:清洗设备的改进从操作者职业安全角度出发,适用于消毒供应中心的发展需求,值得推广。 Objective To reduce the risk of occupational exposure of the operators by executing technical improvement of the existing cleaning equipment in the disinfection supply center. Methods The existing cleaning pool in the disinfection supply center had itself modified as a visualized enclosed pool, which was composed of a cleaning cover, a control cabinet, a flipping mechanism, a heater, a temperature sensor, a controlling panel, an alarm, a timer, a pulley block, an exhaust system, a controller and etc. The pool was made of 1.2 or 1.5 mm 316 L stainless steel, and the cover was made of 1.2 mm double-sided polished molded steel plate undergoing multi-process waterproofing anticorrosion treatment. Results The improvement of the cleaning pool prevented the contaminating fluid from spattering and the microbial aerosol from polluting the environment so that the risk of occupational exposure could be reduced effectively, when the effective concentration, acting time and operating temperature of the disinfectant were ensured efficiently. Conclusion The technical improvement above contributes to enhancing occupational safety in the disinfection supply center, and thus is worthy promoting practically.
