摘要
目的探讨吸烟对冠心病患者冠状动脉血清中硫化氢(H2S)的影响。方法选取90例冠脉造影患者,冠状动脉造影检查正常不吸烟患者30例作为对照组,冠状动脉血管中度狭窄病变且吸烟2年以上和不吸烟患者各30例,采用敏感硫电极法测定各组冠状动脉血清中H2S浓度。结果冠心病吸烟组和不吸烟组冠状动脉血清中H2S[(16.58±3.05)μmol/L,(30.66±3.66)μmol/L]均低于对照组[(47.98±4.89)μmol/L],P<0.05;冠心病吸烟组冠状动脉血清中H2S低于不吸烟组(P<0.05)。结论吸烟可明显降低冠心病冠状动脉血清中H2S浓度,与冠状动脉粥样硬化具有相关性。
Objective To observe the effect of smoking on hydrogen sulfide(H 2S)in coronary artery of coronary heart disease.Methods Ninety patients with coronary angiography and 30 non-smokers with normal coronary artery results were selected as control group,with moderate coronary artery stenosis and 30 cases of smoked patients for more than 2 years and non smoking patients.The concentration of H 2S in coronary blood serum was measured by sensitive sulfur electrode.Results The serum levels of H 2S in coronary blood serum of smoking group and non smoking group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05),H 2S in coronary artery serum of coronary heart disease group was lower than that of non smoking group(P<0.05).Conclusion Smoking can significantly reduce the coronary artery serum H 2S in patients with coronary heart disease,and is associated with coronary atherosclerosis.
