超声检测颈动脉正常的患者右锁骨下动脉亚临床动脉粥样硬化的分析

Ultrasound detection of subclinical atherosclerosis in the right subclavian artery in patients with normal carotid artery

目的观察超声检测颈动脉正常的患者右锁骨下动脉亚临床动脉粥样硬化的结果。方法采用超声检测检查门诊、体检行颈动脉超声检查结果无异常的286例参与者右锁骨下动脉是否有粥样斑块形成。结果根据弗雷明汉风险评分,43.7%的参与者为低风险,40.2%参与者为中等风险,16.1%的参与者为高风险。共有84例参与者(29.4%)在右锁骨下动脉发现动脉粥样硬化斑块,其中年龄在55岁及以上的参与者右锁骨下动脉粥样硬化患病率明显高于55岁以下的参与者(χ^2=11.570,P=0.001),女性参与者右锁骨下动脉粥样硬化患病率明显高于男性(χ^2=44.002,P<0.001)。而不同心血管疾病风险的参与者右锁骨下动脉粥样硬化患病率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在颈动脉超声检查正常的参与者中,女性及大于55岁以上的人为右锁骨下动脉亚临床动脉粥样硬化的高发人群。

Objective To investigate the results of subclinical atherosclerosis in the right subclavian artery in patients with normal carotid artery.Methods 286 participants with no abnormalities in carotid ultrasound examination in our outpatient clinic were analyzed.At the same time,we examined whether there was atheromatous plaque formation in the right subclavian artery.Results According to the Framingham risk score,43.7%of participants had low risk,40.2%had moderate risk,and 16.1%had high risk.84 participants(29.4%)had atherosclerotic plaques in the subclavian artery,and the prevalence of right subclavian atherosclerosis was significantly higher in participants aged 55 years and older than those under 55 years of age(χ^2=11.570,P=0.001),the prevalence of right subclavian artery atherosclerosis was significantly higher in female participants than in males(χ^2=44.002,P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the prevalence of right subclavian artery atherosclerosis in participants with different risk of cardiovascular disease(P>0.05).Conclusion Women and participants older than 55 years of age are high-risk populations of subclinical atherosclerosis in the right subclavian artery.
