基于SEM的城市居民公共交通服务安全感知及影响因素探究

Research on Safety Perception and Influencing Factors of Urban Residents’ Public Transportation Service Based on SEM

为深入探究城市居民公共交通服务安全感知的影响因素及影响机理,探索重庆公交车坠江事件引发的社会公众对城市公共交通服务安全问题的反思,该研究采用结构方程模型(SEM),结合RP/SP调查获取研究数据,并对数据进行了分析,探索影响社会公众对城市公共交通服务安全感知机理,构建社会公众对城市公共交通服务安全感知的结构方程模型,得出重大公共交通安全事故影响下社会公众对城市公共交通安全感知特征及影响因素,并提出相应的应对策略,为城市公共交通服务发展提供建议。

In order to deeply explore the influencing factors and influencing mechanisms of urban residents' public transportation service safety perception,the public public reflection on the safety of urban public transportation services caused by Chongqing bus crash accident was explored.The study uses structural equation modeling (SEM),combined with RP/SP survey to obtain research data,and analyzes the data,explores the social public perception of urban public transport service security perception mechanism,and builds the public public perception of urban public transport service security.The structural equation model is used to obtain the public public perception of urban public transportation security and its influencing factors under the influence of major public transportation safety accidents,and propose corresponding countermeasures to provide suggestions for urban public transportation service development.
