火电厂锅炉辅机设备检修的常见故障与排除研究

锅炉辅机设备是火电厂的重要设备,是保证电力能源生产的关键。只有保障锅炉辅机设备运行的稳定、高效,才能够保证整个火电厂的正常发电满足人们生活及生产所需要的电力能源。但在实际运行中锅炉辅机设备经常会出现故障,只有对其进行检修才能够保障锅炉设备功能的完善,保证整个锅炉的安全性。本文就以火电厂锅炉辅机设备为例,探究常见的故障,并针对故障提出预防措施。

Boiler auxiliary equipment is an important equipment for thermal power plants and is the key to ensuring the production of electric energy.Only by ensuring the stability and high efficiency of the boiler auxiliary equipment operation can the normal power generation of the entire thermal power plant be met to meet the power and energy required for living and production.However,in the actual operation,the auxiliary equipment of the boiler often fails,and only the maintenance can ensure the perfect function of the boiler equipment and ensure the safety of the whole boiler.Based on this,this paper takes the auxiliary equipment of thermal power plant boiler as an example to explore common faults and put forward preventive measures for faults.
