本文基于水能技术部近年来的试验成果分析水电站一次调频考核不合格的原因。首先,分析引起一次调频考核评价不满足相关要求的主要因素和次要因素;其次,以马堵山水电厂为例,分析其考核不合格的主要原因;最后,提出有效的解决方案和措施,为以后一次调频试验及后续工作提供相应的改进方法,以满足考核要求。

Based on the test results of the Ministry of Hydropower Technology in recent years,this paper analyses the reasons for the unqualified primary frequency regulation assessment of hydropower stations.Firstly,it analyses the main and secondary factors that cause the evaluation of primary frequency modulation not to meet the relevant requirements;secondly,it takes Maduoshan Hydropower Station as an example to analyze the main reasons for its unqualified evaluation;finally,it puts forward effective solutions and measures to improve the subsequent primary frequency modulation test and follow-up work accordingly.Methods To meet the assessment requirements.
