摘要
在进行机车牵引功率模块设计时,针对大功率IGBT器件的散热问题,常引用了一种强迫风冷散热设计的方法。本文以机车牵引逆变功率模块用风冷散热器为例,详细阐述了此种设计方法的计算过程,根据计算结果分析,验证了该风冷散热器计算方法在IGBT散热设计方面的合理性。
In the design of locomotive traction power module,for the heat dissipation problem of high-power IGBT devices,a design method using forced air cooling is cited,and the air-cooled radiator with locomotive traction inverter power module is taken as an example to elaborate the design.The calculation process of the method,based on the calculation and analysis results,verifies the design rationality of the air-cooled heat sink calculation method in terms of IGBT heat dissipation.
