燃烧调整对NOx排放和锅炉效率影响的试验研究

摘要 氮氧化物排放水平是衡量火电机组清洁程度的重要指标之一,要降低锅炉的NOx排放,不仅要对脱硝反应系统进行升级,更应该从燃烧方面进行调整,从源头上降低原烟气NOx的产生水平。而在改造、调整过程中,必须兼顾锅炉的燃烧稳定及锅炉效率。本文以某台锅炉为试验对象,在不同工况下进行燃烧调整,如磨组分配、锅炉的配风方式、过量空气系数等,研究对应情况下锅炉的原烟气NOx排放水平和燃烧情况,以保证锅炉安全、经济的前提下不断改善NOx排放水平。 The emission level of nitrogen oxides is one of the important indicators to measure the cleanliness of thermal power units.To reduce the NOx emissions of boilers,it is necessary not only to upgrade the denitration reaction system,but also to adjust from the combustion aspect to reduce the original flue gas from the source.The level of NOx production,and in the process of transformation and adjustment,the combustion stability of the boiler and the efficiency of the boiler must be considered.Taking a boiler as the test object,the combustion adjustment is carried out under different working conditions,such as the distribution of the grinding group,the air distribution mode of the boiler,the excess air coefficient,etc.,to study the NOx emission level and combustion of the original flue gas of the boiler under the corresponding conditions.Continuously improve NOx emission levels while ensuring boiler safety and economy.
