摘要
钢桁架输煤栈桥由于具有布置自由、跨度大、整体美观、结构轻巧、便于维护等优点,被广泛推广应用。在大跨度的输煤栈桥吊装时,因跨度大、空间受限无法完成整体的吊装。本文着重对吊装就位过程中准确完成空中角度调节,对定位难度大,分段栈桥空中对接施工困难,起吊过程中不可控风险等难题进行重点研究。
The steel truss coal-bearing trestle is widely used due to its advantages of free layout,large span,overall beauty,light structure and easy maintenance.When hoisting a large-span coal-bearing trestle,the overall hoisting cannot be completed due to the large span and limited space.This paper focuses on the accurate completion of the air angle adjustment during the hoisting in place process,which is difficult to locate,difficult to construct the stacking bridge in the air,and uncontrollable risks in the lifting process.
