Organization and Implementation of Safety Inspection of Electric Power Construction Engineering

安全检查作为安全管理的基本手段,在电力工程建设中发挥着重要作用。当前我国能源转型和电力体制改革进一步加速,电力建设工程安全风险管控难度加大,安全检查能否发挥应有的作用更显至关重要。本文着重对安全检查工作的目的及依据、管理职责、分类及内容、流程及要求、监督与考核等方面进行分析,提出安全检查工作的组织与实施要点,旨在对广大电力建设工程管理者有所帮助及启发,提高安全事故防范能力。

As a basic means of safety management,safety inspection plays an important role in the construction of electric power engineering.At present,China’s energy transformation and power reform are further accelerating,and it is more difficult to control the safety risk of power construction projects.It is even more crucial that safety inspections can play their due role.This paper focuses on the purpose and basis of the safety inspection work,management responsibilities,classification and content,process and requirements,supervision and assessment,etc.,and puts forward the organization and implementation points of the safety inspection work,aiming at the majority of power construction project managers.Help and inspire,improve the ability to prevent accidents.
