水电站油压装置控制系统故障分析与处理方法分析

摘要 水电站的油压装置构成了关键的水电站设施,用于调节站内的水轮机。油压装置具备相对复杂的内部构造,并且配备了控制系统作为必要的运行支撑装置。但是如果油压装置内部的控制系统突然出现故障,则会造成整个油压装置突然停机,进而威胁到水电站内的各类设施运行。因此,对于水电站油压装置的内部控制系统需要明确典型的常见系统故障,进而结合控制系统的故障现象来进行妥善处理。 Within the hydropower station system,the oil pressure device constitutes a key hydropower station facility that can be used to regulate the turbines in the station.The oil pressure device has a relatively complicated internal structure of the system and is equipped with a control system as a necessary device to support the operation.However,when the control system inside the oil pressure device suddenly fails,it will cause a sudden shutdown of the entire hydropower station system,thereby threatening the operation of various facilities in the hydropower station.Under this premise,the internal control system of the hydraulic device of the hydropower station needs to be clear of typical common system failures,and then combined with the existing fault phenomena of the control system for proper treatment.
