摘要
本文根据某600MW机组锅炉的运行状况,对燃烧系统存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了燃烧系统低氮改造措施。锅炉低氮改造后,经试验验证,排放浓度降到280mg/m3,大幅降低了锅炉NOX的排放量,锅炉热效率也有了相应的提升。
In order to further improve boiler thermal efficiency and protect the environment,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the combustion system based on the operating conditions of a 600 MW unit boiler,and proposes a low nitrogen reforming measure for the combustion system.After the low-nitrogen reformation of the boiler,the test has verified that the emission concentration has dropped to 280 mg/m3,which has greatly reduced the discharge of boiler NOX,and the boiler thermal efficiency has also been improved accordingly.
